For the second annual Vibe Fest at Epic Recreation Center in Grand Prairie, I had the opportunity to design and install a large-scale balloon decor experience that elevated the festive atmosphere throughout the venue.
This event celebrates local artists, musicians, creators, and small businesses by bringing them together in a vibrant indoor setting where guests can explore art, music, theater, and vendor spaces.
This project marked my first large-scale venue installation, where the goal was to transform a wide event space into an immersive and welcoming experience for attendees.
To capture the spirit of Vibe Fest, I selected a bold, vibrant color palette that reflected creativity, movement, and celebration. I incorporated music-inspired elements, dynamic balloon structures, statement entry pieces, and photo-worthy installations designed to invite guests to explore every area of the event.
Each decor element was intentionally placed to enhance the flow of the venue, highlight key spaces such as the music and theater areas, and create memorable moments for guests and vendors alike.
This project was a milestone in my journey as an event designer and entertainer, showing how thoughtful decor can transform a space and elevate the overall guest experience.
